Shipping policy

DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Free Shipping service to orders over HKD2,000 within Hong Kong area.
For orders below HKD1,500, a delivery cost of HKD45 is applicable at checkout.

Orders shall be sent by SF Express
All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) . 
The usual delivery time is 2-3 working days after dispatched.

If you prefer SF Station or EF Locker self pick-up: 
Please provide your SF Station/ EF Locker address & code at check-out.  Check here for your nearest SF store details.

OTHER AREA ORDERS
Free Shipping service to orders over HKD3000 outside HongKong area.

For orders below HKD 3000, a delivery cost of HKD 350 is applicable. Depending on the weight and size of the order, additional delivery cost may apply.  In this case, we will contact you for further arrangement. Please be noted that custom fees and import taxes may occur, customers shall be responsible for the corresponding fees to receive the order.
 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver by EMS for International Express shipping. The usual delivery time is 7-14 working days after dispatch.We cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas customs houses.  Covid19 Surcharge may apply under the pandemic, customer shall be responsible for the extra costs.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days once the order is received and payment is cleared. For Pre-ordered items/ Made to Order items dispatching time may varies, please refer to the product page for more information.
