Exchange, Return & Refund
Simply contact us with your order number, to request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
We will inform you the return address accordingly.
When you post the goods back to us, please make sure it's in its full original packaging.
Please noted all customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Remember to ask your courier for a proof of posting receipt, without it, we cannot process the refund if we do not receive your parcel.
Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you to confirm and send you the alternatives in 7 days.
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and with their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Please noted the following items are non-returnable:
• All items purchased on sale.
• Discount code orders.
• All accessories.
• Any opened items.
To ensure a high level Standard of the goods you purchase from us. We have thoroughly inspected all the items before sending out to customers .
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of manufacturing faults.
If the condition of the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange after checking, you will be asked to be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
If Pre-Order items are not available or out of stock after payment is received, we shall fully refund the payment amount within 7 working days.
